ABOUT THIS TEAM

Visual Merchandising at lululemon showcases product to increase channel performance while elevating guest experience s and brand recognition. As the Opening & Optimization Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting China new store openings and renovations. You will report into the Visual Merchandiser that leads China NSO projects.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

·       Provide Visual Merchandising support & training for all regional new store openings and renovations.

·       Support Visual Merchandiser in leading the VMSOS program and coordination.

·       Partner with the Opening + Optimization team on VMSOS communication and budgets based on business needs.

·       Ensure quality visual standards and strategies for all new store openings, optimizations and renovations are met by enrolling store and support team in the Optimal Store Layout & Visual Strategies.

·       Support Manager and Visual Merchandiser in building Optimal Store Layout and providing inputs & updates for execution.

·       Facilitate necessary pre-opening training & enrollment calls for store teams.

·       Manage timelines and communication strategy for all projects

·       Travel within region to support high priority openings and inform future strategy

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandising or visual communications, 3-5years’ experience in merchandising or retail role

Experience working in retail, apparel experience preferred
