About this team

North America Digital Marketing team is focused on driving incremental omni growth and guest acquisition. 

This role leads a critical function within this – leading a team of strategists who run emerging and new channels for lululemon to reach guests. 

A day in the life:

The Sr Manager, Growth Programs is responsible for leading emerging channels and developing new programs for lululemon to reach guests. The current portfolio includes paid Influencers, Content Commerce, and Affiliate Marketing. This role also leads discovery, strategy development and deployment of new programs and channels.

·      Develop and execute advanced multi-year Growth Marketing strategy that identifies dependencies across retail, ecommerce, technology, community and brand creative.  

·      Manage both internal and external partnerships from concept-to-delivery to ensure that roadmap priorities meet our organizational and guest expectations and needs. 

·      Responsible for delivering program revenue targets and managing program budget. 

·      Manage formal program reporting to leadership teams.

·      Understand guest needs, identify market opportunities, and lead pilot projects.

·      Audit, analyze, and evaluate initiatives post-implementation to ensure objectives have been fulfilled.

·      Lead, guide, and influence a highly cross-functional team to brainstorm new ideas and innovate across products, services, and experiences to deliver a seamless, experience to our Guests.

·      Idenify growth opportunities within existing programs and work across multiple finctions to deliver.

Qualifications:

·      10+ years’ experience managing complex programs with a focus on program concepting, testing and scaling.  

·      Aware of the latest trends and best practices in retail and technology with a focus on influencer marketing, digital marketing and social. 

·      Demonstrated relationship building skills to work with numerous internal/external resources and departments to reach objectives.

·      Proven experience working for iconic brands that have created disruption in their respective industries.

·      Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a history of solving unique problems with broad, inter-connected impact on the business

·      Demonstrated ability to build business cases using data. 

·      Demonstrated ability to manage through influence and drive work through others

·      Proven balance between creative and analytical skillsets, with demonstrable attention to detail.

·      Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills

·      Passion for the sweatlife - health, wellness and active lifestyle
