lululemon is seeking a highly capable leader who is passionate about developing others and connecting with the community as a Community Key Leader on our team. The key objective of this position is to lead our retail floor and maintain amazing guest experience in stores.
What you will do
The life of our Community Key Leader
• Utilise all touchpoints of the community 80:20 and ensure brand image is consistent in your market
• Lead and build upon authentic relationships with ambassadors, influencers, and partners— sharing the brand, making connections, and building awareness
• Create epic Tier 3 local activations that inspire and transform guests
• Track and measure impact of tactics and actions (including storytelling, partnerships, guest sentiment, awareness/buzz and traffic)
• You know the identified market well, have your finger on the pulse and can identify what makes it one of the best cities in the world
• Passionately leads and educates on our product, community and culture on the retail floor and in the community
