About The Role

The Community team at lululemon is responsible for creating, developing and executing marketing strategies that inspire and connect key stakeholders, internally and externally. The Regional Ambassador Manager, EMEA is a key member of the Brand & Community team, leading our regional ambassador relationships & influence to grow awareness & affinity across EMEA.

This is a permanent position. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Community, EMEA.


Core Responsibilities

·       Innovate, strategise & identify the Regional Ambassador bench in EMEA to raise awareness & aid success across the B&C objectives

·       Maintain good working relationships with the ambassadors; negotiating & monitoring all contract activity 

·       Work cross-functionally with EMEA leaders to elevate, amplify & leverage our regional & Global Ambassadors in EMEA to drive business growth

·       Act as the main point of contact for the Global Ambassador yoga, run & train teams to action any initiative for Global ambassadors residing in EMEA

·       Manage strategic materials, reporting and fiscal budgets

·       5 + years of influencer marketing role experience

·       Legal contracts management preferred but not essential

·       Digital marketing experience preferred but not essential

·       Written, presentation and verbal communication skills

·       Deep understanding of the power of connection and relationships within the community
