A DAY IN THE LIFE

-A key contributor to driving growth for the North America business and building brand equity in [a specific key regional market]. 

-An experienced marketer, you will deliver into a key city strategy and regional marketing objectives inclusive of cross functional plans and clear channel approach. 

-Provide leadership across all  key channels and SSC partners. 

-Build strong relationships across the organization to define and deliver city specific marketing plans.

• Responsible for the development and execution of the annual marketing calendar, briefs and execution to support regional business and brand objectives

• Provide thought leadership and work cross functionally to create innovative marketing initiatives in partnership with your Retail, Digital Marketing, Community, Social, paid media and PR teams

• Partner with retail partner (Area Director & Regional Manager) to support and influence market assessments, real estate portfolios and new store openings 

• Influence key account partnerships with Strategic Sales partner 

• Lead the development of regional campaigns that engage guests at all touchpoints across their consumer journey while defining and meeting marketing KPI’s 

• Measure, monitor, optimize and report on all marketing efforts or campaigns and budget management

• Partner with the lululemon digital marketing lead to strategize and deliver success across digital channels 

• Accountable to support revenue and traffic KPIs for regional store and e-commerce KPI’s, in innovative ways that grow the brand and business year over year 


The fine print:

• 5-8 years experience in a consumer/brand or retail marketing role 

• Strong understanding of digital marketing & top of funnel marketing 

• Proven experience developing and driving local community and digital initiatives from inception to execution.

• Proven experience and track record developing and delivering a thoughtful acquisition and retention strategy

• Experience using analytics and performance data to inform priorities and deliver results.

• Successful experience and proven ability to work well with others across the business.

• An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual.
