ABOUT THIS TEAM
The Ops Solutions team is comprised of people that know a little bit about everything and a lot about most things within lululemon. Ops Solutions is an extension of our store teams and the team is responsible for supporting daily store operations, SSC to store communication and global programs. In partnership with other store and SSC leaders, Ops Solutions works on new initiatives that elevate and support the demands of running a store. Simply put, Ops Solutions is responsible for making the complex simple and getting sh*t done.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
· Oversee project management for China NSO, relocations, remodels of existing locations in a manner consistent with lululemon standards, and in accordance to planned project timelines
· Collaborate with cross functional partners in China, Hong Kong and Vancouver to gain alignment and hold them accountable to meet milestones
· Manage the NSO budget for each opening
· Communicate project progress to internal key stakeholders across the business
· Identify and mitigate risk in projects and escalate where necessary
· Develop and implement new process and structure for sustainable and scalable expansion plans
· Manage relationships with key partners (Sourcing Team, Branding, Bunzel) to ensure correct supply set up and platform maintenance for both NSO and operating stores
· Responsible for the development and performance of respective team
· Create KPIs and elevate/Innovate programming through feedback & experience in projects to remove work from stores and optimize processes
QUALIFICATIONS
· University graduates preferably in business, operations, or related discipline
· Minimum 4 years of in retail and/or FMCG industry or experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager
· Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work independently, manage/review projects, and perform ad hoc and structed analysis
· Strong leadership capabilities and communication skills
· Excellent written an oral communications skill in both Mandarin and English
· Proficient in Windows based software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Ability to travel including overnight as required
