A day in the life

·      Lead, develop, manage and recruit our team of Training Manager within the China market

·      Curate training for China Stores and SSC in order to enable effective delivery through the right method and channel, for the right audience, at the right time

·      Oversee delivery of training programming in our China markets in order to execute strategy, achieve business goals and enable career development

·      Enable delivery of Retail Training programs (onboarding, ongoing and cyclical) and China SSC functional training programs

·      Ensure curriculum is localized, integrated, up-to-date and utilizes innovative delivery techniques to maximize skill acquisition and knowledge retention

·      Ensure all training programs, projects, experiences reflect our design and delivery philosophies and strategies

·      Strive for continuous improvement of all programming including strategy, design, delivery, measurement and sustainment plans


Qualifications

·      BA or certificate in Business, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior or Learning and Development

·      Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in training, education and/or delivery

·      Experience and understanding of adult learning principles, learning design and various delivery methods.

·      Proficiency with Microsoft Office

·      Working knowledge of social media and other business and educational technology applications that support staff learning and engagement

·      Knowledge of LMS and e-learning authoring tools a plus
