Job Mandate:
Enable delivery of training, development and on-boarding programs for stores through the most effective and consumable means using the right method/channel, for the right audience, at the right time through the most effective and consumable means
Ensure curriculum is localized, integrated, up-to-date and utilizes innovative delivery techniques and modalities to maximize skill acquisition and knowledge retention
Measure and monitor training effectiveness
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Learning + Leadership Partners Manager and Regional Manager to create and execute a local training strategy including onboarding of new store and showroom managers and ongoing development for existing leadership teams
Ensure all retail training programs are running in a quality way in all stores in your region
Facilitate, deliver, train, and coach 80.20 functional training and leadership development as required for both SMs and ASMs
Identify, prepare and continue to develop facilitators to support the delivery of training programs, in addition to co-design and delivery of Train-the Trainer
Build facilitation and training capacity in store teams
Design and facilitate a wide range of conversations and events that require the support of an expert facilitator
Partner with Learning Design to innovate and update all in-store training programs
Implement and localize global learning programs including managing program logistics for participants
Create and execute enrollment strategy for upcoming training
Execute market or departmental training Needs Analysis
Evaluate the success of training programs through various methods, including observation, surveys, interviews, and feedback
Frequent store visits and store shifts when applicable to spot training gaps, evaluate effectiveness of recent trainings and to remain in relationship and collaboration with store teams and regional managers
Manage training budget for your region
Work in close collaboration with a wide array of partners (i.e. community, operations, RM, and TM) to provide an individualized learning experience for individual market needs
Remain immersed in the larger lululemon organization through attending regular team meetings, department off sites and Area level gatherings

Recommended 1-3 years Store Manager experience or equivalent
Speak store openings from a leadership role– you have experienced opening your own store and/or supporting new store openings
Regularly lead trainings and have the ability to adapt to various levels of experience and learning styles
Are detail oriented and love to brainstorm, plan, schedule, execute AND then go back – review and evolve
Are great at getting related to everyone quickly
Are a self-led leader with excellent time management and organization skills
An experienced and skilled communicator, trainer, facilitator and coach
Are coachable and have an appetite to grow in our organization through developing others
Are available and willing to travel up to 3-5 nights a quarter
Are strategic, future focused, plans ahead, and follows up regularly
Will hold cross-functional partners accountable for quality in all areas
