A day in the life:
- Develop and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with FP&A, Product, IT, BI and Strategy to evolve our reporting to meet the business needs.
- Identifies and implements solutions to resolve, improve, automate, standardize, or simplify reporting processes.
- Query and manipulate partner data from multiple large-scale data sources and summarize the findings of your analysis, providing actionable recommendations to Account Managers. Support business decisions via data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Enhance existing business dashboards and trend reporting to deliver data driven insights to cross functional leaders and business partners.
- Uses intentional listening skills intuitively to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner.
- Develop and oversee partner/program behavior KPI monitoring systems by developing and evolving performance measurement dashboards and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to learn best practices to adopt in your role and identify opportunities to contribute to the larger team.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years related work experience in workforce or data analytics.
- Enjoys working with data and proven ability with transforming numbers into actionable insights.
- Experience working with large data sets (5,000 rows+) and creating reports from multiple data sets in Excel & Power BI.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, reporting & analytics).
- Intermediate Power BI (connect to data sources, create reports & analysis, sharing).
- Ability to document and create efficient processes.
- Have data & reporting enthusiasm and willingness to learn and understand.
- Ability to work independently, solving in moment issues & questions.
- Strong organization & prioritization skills, ability to hit by whens for multiple deliverables.
- Smartsheet (creation, sharing, reports & dashboards).
- Sharepoint (dashboards, report sharing).
- Microsoft Teams (possible reporting sharing solutions).
