A day in the life: 
Reporting directly to the area manager AUS/NZ you are an integral part of the lululemon family. You are a people guru who prides yourself on always knowing your store managers goals, favourite studios and their weekend plans. You live and breathe retail; producing strong results through visual merchandise (VM), sell-through, inventory management and grassroots marketing initiatives. You are a strong coach and mentor to all your direct reports both on and off the floor. Most of all, you work strategically to deliver results across the whole business within your region. 
Your primary accountability is developing your store managers within your region as rocking entrepreneurs while ensuring they are actively developing their teams 
You love lululemon’s grassroots marketing style – working closely with your regional community manager to ensure stores are creating strategy around community initiatives including in-store buzz, kick-arse events and strong ambassador relationships 
You are law of attraction! Taking every opportunity to proactively recruit talent into your stores ensuring a pumping pipeline 
You work in partnership with your store managers to ensure all stores are seeing positive results, both financially and culturally 
You work with managers to ensure back room setup, restocking and markdowns are being coordinated and managed effectively 
You work closely with managers to ensure inventory consolidations are well planned and executed to ensure ‘right product, right place’, always 
You have a eye for VM and cleanliness, ensuring your stores are always looking premium 
You coach and assist managers with scheduling, budgets, P&Ls, minimising turnover, managing payroll, staff files, cash audits and budgets for store and staffing 
You take additional projects, duties and assignments as required and/or by request from the area manager 

Qualifications:
Proven ability succeeding in a similar multi-site store role for 3+ years 
Extraordinary leadership capabilities 
Proven ability leading and developing a team of 8+ high level managers 
Demonstrated ability to ensure an engaged, successful and FUN environment within all stores 
Expertise in everything human resources related including hiring, separations, performance management, contracts and candidate tracking systems 
Proven ability at exceeding sales results in your given region 
Retail expertise in all aspects of store operations including training staff, inventory management, product sell-through, floor management, payroll, cash administration, visual merchandising, sales and budget planning and most importantly, providing an AMAZING customer experience 
Ability to quickly identify pipeline problems before they arise and already be in solution 
Exceptional visual merchandising skills and the ability to manage inventory 
Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills 
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) 
Social media savvy: understanding the importance that Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn are for grassroots marketing strategy, people and brand awareness

Regional Managers working day
Our regional managers works a 5 day week , an average of 25-30 hours per week is spent in store managing, coaching, developing and training your teams with the balance spent on administration. You are required to work 2 Saturdays a month as a minimum.
