About this team
The Store Development Operations & Analytics team is responsible for unlocking the department's full potential across Real Estate, Construction, Lease Management, and Agile Leasing. We manage the cross functional end to end store development process from Roll Outs and initiatives, to New Store Openings and Relocations. We support the collective by empowering teams with sustainable reporting, process clarity, and tools and resources that support the evolving business needs. We capture data, report the story, and seek to enable operational excellence.
A day in the life
- Partner with Construction and Finance on budget forecasting activities, perform financial analysis, develop and maintain financial reports/ models, and facilitate monthly project cost reconciliations with accounting.
- Collect, record, and maintain all historical project cost details.
- Accountable for weekly and monthly capital spend summaries for Project Management and Leadership teams.
- Optimize and maintain all estimating, bidding, and budget summary tools/ resources.
- Create custom tracking, reporting, and presentations as required for a wide range of audiences.
- Manage special projects and assignments as required by the Store Development Leadership Team.
Qualifications
- Advance Excel skills are mandatory. MS Office, PowerBI and database system experience preferred.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating reports for an executive audience.
- Highly motivated, detail orientated, and dependable.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and an egoless nature.
- Proven work ethic with utmost integrity.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with internal and external business partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics, engineering etc. preferred.
