about the team
The Product Design team helps create seamless and joyful end-to-end user-centered experiences for lululemon's North American website and app. As a Senior Product Designer on the Search, Browse and SEO team, you will lead the work to reimagine and optimize our site-wide navigation, ensure search is easy and inspiring, and continue to hone our category detail page experiences. You will craft engaging, customer-centered designs from early concept to final product in a collaborative environment, involving your agile product team, user research, a/b testing, design system and other partners and inputs to ensure your designs deliver on key company and guest goals.

a day in the life

  • Clearly communicate design rationale to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, and be open to their feedback
  • Collaborate with our Data & Analytics team to ensure we are gleaning insights on opportunity areas and new experiences are being measured, iterated, and optimized.

  • Be a collaborative, systems-thinker that continues to find ways to evolve and improve how we work
  • Deliver guest experiences that meet or beat success criteria, driving measurable results such as higher conversion, higher engagement, life time value, etc.
  • Leverage and contribute to the lululemon design system, in some cases crafting everything from component level pixels to documentation for implementation and wide-spread usage.
  • Represent product design autonomously in broad and complex settings, often times driving product stream forward with low touch leadership or direction.
  • Contribute to all scrum team ceremonies, representing design.
  • Provide support and feedback to design teammates to cultivate designs and culture that feel harmonious.
  • Evangelize and contribute to the evolution of the product design process with other design leaders and managers on the team
