About the Operations Accounting Team
The Payroll Specialist will be within the Operations Accounting function. It is responsible for supporting our fast-growing business attending to the needs of our employees.

A day in the life:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working closely with our People & Culture team
· Ensure payroll are processed accurately and timely
· Providing exceptional standard of service supporting employee requests and enquiries. Ensure compliance to labor laws and adherence to corporate guidelines
· Working closely with 3rd party payroll service provider
· Be in partnership with People & Culture team on delivering coaching on payroll and welfare related topics
· Seek continuing improvements of service standards to support all employees and promptly advise management of payroll issues and working with parties to resolve
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree or above. Knowledge of using software relating to payroll / HR / Time & Attendance accounting systems such as Ceridian Dayforce, Workday
· Good command of English and expert in customer service skills
· Pay attention to details and accountability
· Over 2 years of China Payroll Administration experience with expatriate employee exposures
· Strong knowledge of current China wage and labor related legislation, provincial regulations, social welfare, taxation rules and provincial differences impacting payrolls
· Experienced in setting up social welfare structure in new markets will be an advantage
