About This Team

The MP&A Business Solutions team is focused on improving processes and systems that impact lululemon’s merchandising, planning, and allocations teams.  We identify key business requirements that support our global MP&A processes ultimately helping lululemon live into our global growth strategies.  We provide the business process context necessary to guide technical decision making, while leveraging our connection with the business to enroll stakeholders on key process changes and impacts.

A Day in the Life

• Work with product team to analyze the needs and align product backlogs to meet the business needs
• Help to develop detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams
• Support prioritization of backlog of user stories for implementation
• Participate in collaboration with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product
• Engage in User Acceptance Testing of new features and functionality
• Develop, maintain and deliver documentation for end-users

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology or a related field
• 2-5 years work experience in retail, supply chain and/or product management 
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and system mapping tools like Visio
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Math skills required for data modeling)
• Desired experience in Python and SQL scripts for analysis & reporting
• Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Desired experience with cloud platforms namely AWS
