A day in the life:
• You’ll be a part of a team that is passionate about construction and facilities and the role they play in supporting our people and our stores
• You project manage our NSOs delivery process throughout Asia – Japan, Korea, HK, Singapore, Taiwan, Macau, Malaysia as well as all new markets
• You handle the coordination across multiple teams and multiple markets to have construction of new stores’ that they open on time and on budget
• You work with and manage external vendors
• You manage the bidding process so that lululemon gets the best pricing and timing
• You support the expansion of the store fleet throughout different markets
• You advise on the possibility of new designs and how they can be implemented
• You lead cross functional partnership with Store Managers, Regional Manager and Area Director’s so that they get the store they need
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Must be versatile and able to manage multiple projects
• Able to work with contractors and subcontractors
• Retail store front build-out experience desired
• Has the ability to communicate complex issues in laymen’s terms
• Detail-oriented; excellent organizational skills
• Undergraduate / Bachelor’s degree
