about this team and role
The Search & Discovery function focuses on creating seamless experiences for guests to be able to find product both on Google and on lululemon domains. The critical enabler for these experiences is accurate and complete product data and ability to push new product to the website. Without this role, products are unavailable for guests to discover or purchase.

a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Ensure stability of product publishing and merchandising of digital channels  
  • Enable seamless tools and processes for internal digital operations & merchandising teams to allow for scale  
  • Drive requirements for enterprise product data quality and governance (working with cross-functional groups like product development, MP&A, merchant, and technology partners at all levels) 
  • Deliver product data model for the digital organization and enable proper governance and workflows 
  • Develop an end-to-end understanding of key publishing processes within the organization and the pain points of internal users  
  • Build a best-in class, 12-24 month roadmap and 3 year vision for catalog publishing workflows and capabilities 
  • Solve difficult problems with product data affecting all ends of the chain from planning to fulfillment 
  • Present regularly to senior leadership updates on this priority initiative   
  • Educate stakeholders on the power of this product and downstream implications 

qualifications
  • 10+ years of ecommerce experience 
  • 5+ years of either internal ecommerce operations or PIM/MDM experience (product information management)
  • Bachelors Degree
