About the FP&A Team

A day in the life:

Reporting to Senior FP&A Manager, the financial analyst supporting the planning cycle including annual operating plan and rolling forecasting processes in addition to maintain an eye on key business drivers through detailed data anlaysis and delivering dashboards and commentary to business leaders.

·       Support with weekly, monthly and quarterly analytics and commentary on retail performance

·       Preparation of financial reporting deliverables

·       Responsible for store portfolio analytics and performance management through review of monthly financial statements

·       Execute the rolling forecasting process for retail channels 

·       Support other ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

·       Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting 

·       3-5 years professional experience in business, finance or FP&A, previous experience in retail or FMCG is referred

·       Experience with budgeting, planning and performance management

·       Professional accounting designation ideal, and not required

·       Experience with Hyperion and Power BI is an asset

·       Ability to build, analyze and interpret complex financial reports and projections in MS Excel
