about this team

The Learning + Leadership team is a global team of learning professionals specializing in learning design, delivery, program management.  We are responsible for all types of training including on-boarding, functional, leadership and personal development.  We support our retail store teams, distribution centers and our support center teams across the world.  We support lululemon’s long and short term goals and objectives by partnering with the business to get the right people, the right training in the right way at the right time. 

a day in the life
  • Own delivery strategy/coordination of site leadership learning programs. 
  • Facilitate and deliver learning and leadership programs/resources to DC leadership team.
  • Act as site LMS expert, creating and executing enrollment, reporting, and design of supporting elements (e-learning courses, job aids, PowerPoint)
  • Identify, prepare and develop engaging facilitators to support the delivery of functional associate training programs, in addition to co-design and delivery of Train-the-Trainer.
  • Implement and localize learning programs including managing program logistics for participants.
  • Evaluate the success of training programs through various methods, including observation, surveys, interviews, and feedback.
  • Facilitate a range of events that require an expert facilitator.

qualifications
  • Three to Five years of experience in learning and/or leadership development in a fast paced business environment.  
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles.
  • Experience facilitating Distribution Center leadership learning programs and assets.
  • Three years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) including reporting, troubleshooting and uploading content.
  • Experience in using podcasts & to deliver learning needs, a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the fundamentals of expert facilitation.
  • Strong written communication, project management, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment to meet deadlines
  • Fluent in Spanish/Hindi is a plus.
