About this role 

We are looking for a critical thinker who thrives on solving challenges in partnership with technology and business teams across the organizations. In this role you will be responsible for scoping and managing the delivery of projects for the Data Intelligence platform team. Responsibilities include driving project schedules from design to release. You will be expected to clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional and all stakeholders of the project. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. You must not only be able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives for the team, but should also be able to roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essentials to be successful in this role.
 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related IT field
• 6+ years of strong Technical program management background with demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects
• Ability to take large, complex Data Intelligence projects and break them down into manageable pieces and deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected
• As a TPM, you should be able to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
• Should be a strategic and creative thinker in solving Issues

A day in the life:

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver in scope and on time
• Strong knowledge in project development methodology, clear verbal and written communication skills, has the ability to handle daily activities in a dynamic environment and drive deliverables
• Good presentation skills
• Support dynamic ML/ AI needs by summarizing and reporting key analytical findings
