A day in the life:
Partnering closely with Design, you support the Accessories Designers to create, complete and maintain accurate technical packages and supporting documentation following the GTM calendar.
You attend fit sessions for your assigned styles and accurately communicate and update the tech specs, representing the Designer’s vision.
Offer your construction expertise to aid in finding the appropriate design solutions.
Support Design in preparing for cross-functional reviews and the creation of presentation documents.
Work cross-functionally with internal partners (Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Raw Materials, Quality, Merchandising) to understand accountabilities and requirements.
Qualifications:
1-5 years minimum industry experience is.
BA, BFA or BS in Design required (or equivalent).
Expert knowledge of hardgoods and softgoods construction, patterning, textiles, trims, sewing techniques and technology applications.
Proficient use of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Excel, Word, Mac platform.
An understanding of 3D CAD design would be an asset.
Knowledge of product creation calendar timeline and able to work against deadlines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many overlapping projects and timelines.
Natural curiosity towards new ideas, innovations and technologies that help us push our product forward.
