about this role
The Senior Product Manager for Mobile App supports the lululemon guest experience with purchase, post-purchase and connected store interactions. They will support the Manager of Product Management for Mobile App to constantly improve guest engagement, conversion, lifetime value and satisfaction with the lululemon app.

a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Deliver strategy and roadmap for lululemon app with 12-18 month outlook
  • Accountable for outcome of product (revenue, brand, efficiency, scale)
  • Delivery of strategy built in collaboration with Manager, Product Management, against eCommerce KPIs and stakeholder priorities
  • Prioritize backlog of features, capabilities, defects, integrations related to the iOS and Android guest-facing app
  • Manage and prioritize work of 10+ team members (indirect reports) including Scrum Manager, BA, QA, Engineering and UX
  • Make guest experience decisions based on UX team recommendations and data insights 
  • Support the leadership team in providing regular roadmap status updates against Quarterly Planning objectives
  • Support the Engineering team in Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices
  • Support partners and stakeholders in meeting their roadmap and KPI objectives (e.g. Membership, Engineering, Global events, Digital Marketing, Omni-channel teams, among others) 
  • Provide input and help coordinate App and Google store releases while maintaining relationships with key vendors (Apple, Google, etc.) 

qualifications
  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience with at least 3 of the years directly in product management 
  • Experience prioritizing backlog of features, capabilities, defects, integrations related to iOS and Android app(s)
  • Experience managing customer/guest-facing products
  • Experience taking a product from concept to release; taking a brand new feature or product to market and monitoring it’s success
  • Comfortable working with dependent technology teams
  • Omni channel or ecommerce experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Minimum BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university (or relevant job experience)
