ABOUT THIS TEAM

The Ops Solutions team is comprised of people that know a little bit about everything and a lot about most things within lululemon. Ops Solutions is an extension of our store teams and the team is responsible for supporting daily store operations, SSC to store communication and global programs.  In partnership with other store and SSC leaders, Ops Solutions works on new initiatives that elevate and support the demands of running a store. Simply put, Ops Solutions is responsible for making the complex simple and getting sh*t done.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

·       Develop Retail Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and regularly update it by identifying the insufficiency in operation flow

·       Identify cross-functional Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) gaps and collaborate with content owners to continually drive content development and usability

·       Partner with cross-functional teams and hold your peers accountable

Coach and motivate store team to maximum the productivity of each store

·       Collaborate with Training Team to develop operations training content and enhance guest experience

·       Support end to end store operations training (from New Store Openings to Daily Store Operations)

·       Identify opportunities to consolidate New Store Opening / Daily Store Operations trainings

·       Implement and coordinate internal audit exercise in stores (operation flow, stock receiving, stock take, cash desk, IT, bonus and overtime)

·       Create and improve processes and controls, maintain data integrity, reporting and analysis for store inventory

·       Prepare reports and summaries for executive audiences on inventory accuracy (RFID inventory counts, stock counts, inventory flow, etc.)

·       Program leadership for stock counts in partnership with Global Inventory Control Team and external partners

·       Manage relationships cross-functionally with RFID, inventory systems, finance, retail operations and internal/external audits

·       Facilitate follow up support and feedback collection on various rollouts

·       Leverage understanding of store-level processes, systems and procedures to effectively influence all work streams

QUALIFICATIONS

·       University graduates preferably in business, operations, or related discipline

·       Minimum 2 years of in retail and/or FMCG industry or experience as a Key Leader

·       Strong ability to work independently and cross-functionally

·       Resourceful and high level of initiative

·       Attention to detail

·       Excellent written an oral communications skill in both Mandarin and English

·       Proficient in Windows based software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
