About this team:
The Go-To-Market (GTM) team is the connector for the cross-functional partners through the GTM process, working to deliver the ultimate product creation experience. Under the GTM umbrella, the GTM Product team is responsible for execution and evolution of the GTM process to achieve seasonal delivery intent.
A day in the life:
• Support the GTM process; setting the framework for the GTM calendar, enabling the cross functional team to move through the product life-cycle from concept to market
• Govern the GTM process to achieve seasonal delivery intent
• Support cross-functional teams in solving and mitigating seasonal issues and risks through facilitation of weekly team meetings and sign-off of GTM milestones
• Create, implement and maintain process enhancements and operational efficiencies
• Working closely with cross-functional product team, manage alignment and communication in rollout of processes, workstream and deliverables
Qualifications:
• You have 3-5 years experience working in operations for a vertical retail, apparel experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Intermediate level Excel skills
• You are a clear, concise and confident communicator that lives to support the business
• You enjoy a fast pace environment and can create order from chaos
