The digital team is at the forefront of establishing lululemon across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). We have a vision to create elevated experiences for our guests across our Digital touchpoints, with friction free operations underpinning this goal.
This role within the Digital Product Management team in EMEA is focused on the Cart, Checkout & Post Purchase experience, supporting the continued evolution of our shopping functionality,  from product planning to launch and optimisation while coordinating with operational stakeholders, Product, UX and technology throughout that lifecycle.
Cross functional collaboration is key to success in this role, with cross functional partners representing a broad range of backgrounds and disciplines (technology, ecommerce, customer service and logistics). 

a day in the life: 

You will identify strategic opportunities in the website Cart, Checkout & Post Purchase experience to input into the Ecommerce roadmap 
Support the delivery of the Cart, Checkout & Post Purchase roadmap across the EMEA websites by conducting impact analysis 
Work with the relevant stakeholder group to translate high level requests into a refined list of requirements, which reflect a regional view by market/country
Monitor & identify guest/stakeholder needs staying current on industry standards and trends 
Translate insight from data analytics, customer research (including customer insight tools), market and competitor analysis into actionable product improvements
Support the Product Manager, Ecommerce - creating business cases that include market analysis, costs and business/guest benefits


qualifications:

1-3 years’ experience in digital product, e-commerce or related spaces
Prior experience of optimising websites, ideally in retail 
Theoretical knowledge of Product management and how software products are built
Comfortable interacting with a diverse stakeholder network
Good analytical skills
Ability to drive high performance and results independently, but thrives in collaborative environments
Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedback
