A day in the life: 
  • Reporting to our the Health and Wealth Manager (APAC), our Senior Health & Wealth partner serves as the first level contact for compensation and benefit programs, processes, and policies for our APAC’s retail operations, store support center (SSC), and lululemon liaison office (LLO) roles  
  • Assists the implementation, administration and communication of pay & benefit programs including annual merit increases, short term incentive payments, benefit premium payment & reconciliation and benefits enrolment activities
  • Builds the offer proposal for new hires and promotions below the Director level, in partnership with the Vancouver Health, Wealth & Mobility Team and Business Partners
  • Audits data in our HRIS system (Workday), incentive compensation management system; and benefit carriers systems to investigate and resolve issues as needed
  • Prepares salary & benefit survey submissions; gathers, validates and organizes information related to pay recommendations 
  • Proactively brings market intelligence to the decisions we make to ensure our compensation and benefit programs are locally relevant and at the same time in line with our global guideline including our Values and Beliefs.
  • Work closely with the Vancouver team as well as cross-functional teams (e.g., HR systems, payroll, and business partners in APAC)

Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree in human resources or related fields
  • 5 to 8 years of regional experience in total rewards and/or human resources experience in a multinational company
  • Knowledge of labour statutory requirements across several regions (e.g. Hong Kong, Macau, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Singapore or Malaysia)
  • Proficient in HRIS (Workday experience an asset), Microsoft Excel and other Office software
  • Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
  • High level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information 
  • Ability to excel in a cross-functional and remote team environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably in one Asian language
