Clear communication (written and verbal) is a must, you will ensure the timeline, scope and risks to your partners for the deliverables are understood regularly. As the lead you will be enabled to identify areas of strategic technical debt, execute cost/benefit analysis for resolving debt and communicate suggested timelines for prioritizing to the management team. You will practice inclusion and enjoy the role model responsibility for your team.
